This release marks a fresh start for the rap icon, as it’s his first project with Mass Appeal Records. “Set The Tone” cements Ghostface Killah’s legacy as a prolific artist, solidifying his place in hip-hop history with his twelfth studio album.
Wu-Tang Clan’s Ghostface Killah dropped his highly anticipated new solo album, Set The Tone, on Friday, May 10th. This marks Ghostface’s first release with Mass Appeal Records and his 12th studio album overall.
The 19-track LP follows the previously released single, “Scar Tissue,” featuring fellow hip-hop legend Nas. Set The Tone boasts an impressive lineup of guest appearances, including Ghostface’s Wu-Tang brethren Raekwon and Method Man, alongside Busta Rhymes, Ye (formerly Kanye West), Remy Ma, Fat Joe, Ja Rule, and more.
